Short description: the aim of the project was to equip a team of 10 laboratories at the Building Research Institute with research equipment. The new machines allowed to expand the offer and quality of services provided by the Institute related to research conducted for enterprises. The new devices also enabled the Institute's highly specialized staff, which included a group of 60 people with the titles of professor, habilitated doctor and doctor, to conduct scientific research and development work covering the development of science in the field of construction. Especially, in the field of experimental research, analytical work on models of phenomena affecting buildings, their elements, construction products and their behaviour as a result of these phenomena. In this way, calculation methods and research procedures were improved.
