Short description:
in the period from December 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008, ITB acted as the national coordinator of the CA II project, which was a continuation of the CA I program. ITB was the main organizer of the first meeting of this project, which took place in Warsaw on December 10–11, 2007. Institute experts (J. A. Pogorzelski, K. Kasperkiewicz, R. Geryło) participated in plenary and technical sessions on building certification and required qualifications of auditors, assumptions and costs of training.
A representative of the Institute (J. A. Pogorzelski) gave a presentation on the education of qualified energy auditors in construction in Poland. Moreover, in cooperation with a representative of the Ministry of Infrastructure, a report was prepared on the implementation of the EPBD directive in Poland (as of March 2008).
The second project meeting took place in Lyon. Two ITB experts (J. Fangrat, S. Wall) took part in the plenary and technical session.
