Short description:
The Building Research Institute, as a member of ENBRI (European Network of Building Research Institutes), participated in the creation of the thematic network entitled "European Construction Research Network E-CORE". The task of the Network was to exchange information on scientific and research activities carried out by units associated within the project in order to coordinate work and undertake joint ventures leading to the development of an innovative construction industry.
As part of the cooperation, the ITB provided information on the E-CORE website on several dozen research works carried out at the Institute (topic, goal, implementation period, achieved or expected results), updating them successively. Similar information was posted by other E-CORE participants. The information provided contributed to the identification of common scientific and research topics by interested parties and the undertaking of joint work as part of European research projects.
